FAQ
Do I need an engineering background?
No. You should be comfortable opening CSV or spreadsheet exports. We explain network concepts in finance-friendly language.
Will you audit our live production billing?
No. This is a training program. We work on anonymized or sample files. We do not operate your production settlement systems.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We cannot compress multi-currency partner adjustments into the same depth as usage mapping. Teams with heavy FX settlement needs will still need a specialist after Module 5.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes for Ledger Cohort seats. Recordings remain available for thirty days after the final module.
Learner notes
“Module 3 finally made our ‘seasonal noise’ look like a double-count. Evening labs run long if your extract is messy—budget an extra hour.”
“Workbook prompts beat another slide deck.”
